What it does
PDF Tools lets you merge PDFs, split or extract pages, rotate pages and reorder files, and turn images into a PDF. Files are processed in your browser, so confidential documents never leave your computer.
How to use it
Merge
- Add your PDFs. Use Move up and Move down to set the order.
- Set the Output file name and download.
Split / extract
- Add a PDF and type the Pages, for example
1-3, 5, 8-. Leave it blank to put every page in its own file. - Choose One PDF with these pages or A PDF per range (ZIP).
Rotate
- Enter the Pages to rotate, for example
2, 4-6(blank means all), and choose 90°, 180° or 270°.
Images → PDF
- Add JPG or PNG images and order them.
- Choose A4 pages, US Letter pages or Page fits each image, and the margin.

Good to know
- Password-protected PDFs need to be unlocked first.
- Splitting and merging keep the original quality; nothing is re-compressed.
- To read a PDF without changing it, use the PDF Viewer.
FAQ
Is there a file size limit? There is no fixed limit, but very large files (hundreds of MB) depend on your device's memory.
Can I compress a PDF? Not yet. PDF Tools keeps the files exactly as they are.
