What it does
The Receipt Generator makes a payment receipt with a PAID stamp, the payment date and details, and a signature line. Use it to confirm a cash, card or bank payment to a customer, or to give proof of payment for a deposit or rent.
How to use it
- Fill in Received by (you) and Received from (the payer).
- Set the Payment date and receipt number (it starts with
RCT). - Add what was paid for as line items, with tax and discount if they apply.
- Under Payment details, note how it was paid and any reference, such as the invoice number.
- Preview, then print or save as PDF. Sign it if you print it.
