- Fill in the Employee: name, ID, job title, department and bank account (for example, ending 4821).
- Add earnings such as Basic salary, Housing allowance, Transport allowance and Overtime.
- Add deductions such as Income tax, Social security and Health insurance.
- Optionally add a Note on the payslip, then Print / Save PDF.

Good to know
- This tool lays out the figures you enter; it does not calculate tax or social security. Use your tax authority's rules or calculator for those amounts.
- Many countries set out what a payslip must show, such as hours worked or the employer's tax ID. Check your local rules.
- The payslip is kept in this browser, so next month's is quick to make. Payslips contain personal data: store and share the PDFs securely.
FAQ
Can it calculate take-home pay? For a rough estimate, the Salary Calculator converts pay between periods with a flat tax rate.
Can I add my own earnings or deductions? Yes. Add creates a new line with any description.
